Due to ongoing concerns with COVID, RSV, influenza, and other infectious sicknesses that always seem to occur during the winter months, we are going to keep our wellness policy in effect during this upcoming tax season. We hope you understand that we are attempting to provide the safest possible atmosphere for our clients, as well as our staff.
Each office and waiting area will be equipped with precautions such as sneeze guards, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, Kleenex, and any other feasible safety precautions. We also clean all surfaces within our offices frequently throughout the day.
If you have health concerns, and don’t wish to spend unnecessary time in our office, we will provide you with a “broad consent” form that you may sign in advance rather than return to sign 10-12 individual forms once your return is completed. We offer this for your safety and convenience.
You may still meet in person with a preparer but we ask you to keep family members at a minimum. We really don’t have adequate play areas for children. If you do require an appointment with a preparer, please don’t arrive sick. Please drop off or reschedule.
For everyone’s safety, if you are coughing and sneezing and generally don’t look/act well, you will be asked to leave. We really have no choice. We agree this is unfortunate, but we have to protect everyone. We have only a staff of 6-8. We work long hours everyday in very close quarters. If one of us becomes ill, there’s a great chance we will all get sick.
There are many options available to you for the preparation, pick up, payment, refund method, etc. of your taxes.
With everyone’s health and well being in mind, we look forward to seeing all of you, we thank you in advance for understanding, and we pray for your continued support and prosperity.
